Ensure that the server you are connected to via your VPN provider is not under sustained load. Your VPN provider should provide a ‘Server-Status’ page that can be used to check the current status & load on the server you are connected to.

This is the primary reason for VPN-related connection issues.

\\n

If using a VPN and have ensured that the server you are connected to is not at or near full capacity, and still unable to resolve via the above, please continue below.

\\n #\\n Non-VPN users:\\n

Ensure that you are using the closest TradingLite server, to your current location. You are able to manually select which of TradingLite’s servers you are connected to in the lower-right of the chart-screen.

Please open an ‘incognito’ or ‘private’ browser window, and try to connect to TradingLite. This will ensure that there are no extensions or plugins that are interfering with your connection.

If using an ‘incognito’ or ‘private’ browser window was successful, you will need to manually disable extensions within your primary browser window to determine the culprit. (Please let a moderator or developer know which extension was causing the issue so we can inform other users.)

This can equate to thousands of data points per candle, for each of TradingLite's supported pairs. Therefore we selectively choose which pairs are supported on the TradingLite platform. As we continue to grow, we will add support for new pairs.

Providing the suggested pair meets our internal criteria of sustained liquidity, volume and market capitalization rank, we will do what we can to add it in a future batch.

Select: Develop > Experimental Features > WebGL 2.0

Restart Safari to ensure changes are maintained.

Close Safari and exit the application by swiping up on Safari when shown in within the App Switcher

Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced (very bottom of list) > Experimental Features > WebGL 2.0

Ensure that WebGL 2.0 is toggled on

If you still experience issues, you should try updating your graphics card drivers.

Note that WebGL 2 came out in 2017, so if your hardware is older than that, then there is a possibility that your hardware is unable to support it.

Please reach out to Support on Discord and we will try to rectify via workarounds. Whilst support will endeavour to resolve your hardware issues, there is no guarantee that any such workarounds will result in successful rendering of all TradingLite features.
